1.主要原料。

2.三文鱼头洗净,剁成块儿。沾干面粉备用。

3.烧热油,放大料瓣,放大蒜,放三文鱼头煎鱼。

4.将三文鱼头煎到略微焦黄,盛出备用。

5.豆腐切块,放油锅炸到金黄色。捞出备用。

6.烧热油,放葱姜蒜爆香,放料酒,酱油,醋,盐,白糖,适量热水。放入煎好的鱼头,豆腐烧制。

7.将鱼头烧制成熟入味,收浓汤汁即可。
